摘　　要：高校文库是特色资源建设的重要载体。针对高校文库在建设中存在的自身特色不显著、沦落成同质性仓库问题,中国劳动关系学院图书馆近两年来就文库建设作了一些探索:在"大馆藏"方向和"一个馆藏"理念指导下,通过精准采购和专家学者决策采购相结合、灵活采访文献资源、重视捐赠、与资源拥有方合作等开展文献资源建设;综合使用采购特色数据库、寻求与馆内外单位或个人共建共享、自建工运历史图片库等方式进行数字资源建设;将学校专家学者和典型人物的口述历史作为特色资源;重视空间资源建设;借助相关团体组织支持文库的资源建设。从而在纸质资源建设、可持续性发展、合作、空间资源建设、规章制度建设等方面,为其他高校文库的资源建设提供参考。University faculty and alumni works collection is a key player in the construction of featured resources.However,they tend to ignore their own features,resulting in collections of the same feature.Therefore,the library of China University of Labor Relations has made research on the collection construction over the past two years.First of all,guided by the principle of Major Collection and Collection Complex,the construction should coordinate precise procurement and decisions made by experts,purchase on demand,encourage resource donation and cooperate with resource holders.Besides,digital resource collection should also be constructed based on characteristic literature database,through sharing with resource owners in and out of the library and building a photo library of Chinese Labor Movement.What’s more,resources of oral history from experts,scholars and models can also be included in the featured collection.We also need to give priory to space construction.At last,we can cooperate with other institutions to realize our goal.The paper aims to inspire other universities to improve their library construction from the perspectives of paper literature resource construction,lone-term development,cooperation with other institutions,space construction and construction of rules and regulations.
