摘  要:目的调查在校护理本科生人文关怀能力现状,分析相关影响因素,为护理本科生人文关怀能力的培养提供参考依据。方法采用人文关怀能力评价量表(CAI)对某高校155名在校护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果在校护理本科生人文关怀能力平均得分为(179.78±15.03)分,在3个维度中,耐心维度得分最低,为(54.39±6.25)分;理解维度得分最高,为(65.23±8.74)分。多元逐步回归分析显示,在校护理本科生人文关怀能力的影响因素为性别、在校担任的主要职务、对自己家庭氛围的感受、是否听过人文关怀(R2=0.440,F=29.453,P<0.01)。结论在校护理本科生人文关怀能力整体水平相对不高。护理教育者应重视护生人文关怀教育,加强人文关怀理念的宣传教育,专业人文课程中因材施教,以全方位培养护理本科生的人文关怀能力,更好地适应临床护理工作需求。Objective To investigate the status of humanistic caring ability of nursing undergraduates and analyze related influencing factors,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of humanistic practice ability of nursing students.Methods A total of 155 nursing undergraduates in a college were selected and surveyed using the Caring Ability Inventory(CAI).Results The total score of CAI was(179.78±15.03).Among the three dimensions,the patient dimension score was the lowest(54.39±6.25)and the understanding dimension score was the highest(65.23±8.74).The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of humanistic caring ability of nursing undergraduates were gender,main position held at school,feelings about the family atmosphere,whether they had heard about the humanistic care(R2=0.440,F=29.453,P<0.01).Conclusion Findings of the study showed a low level of humanistic caring ability among nursing undergraduates.More efforts should be paid on humanistic caring education for nursing student.Educators should strengthen the publicity and education of humanistic caring concepts,carry out individualized teaching methods in humanities courses,explore the comprehensive ability cultivation and improve students’adaptability to clinical practice.
