摘　　要：目的 归纳总结《野战与灾害护理学》在护理本科学员教育实践中的教学经验,为军事护理课程设置提供借鉴和参考.方法 根据《空军军医大学护理专业人才培养方案》、教学对象、教学条件等情况,对《野战与灾害护理学》课程的教学内容、教学手段和方法、考核方式、教学反馈和评价方法、学员学习策略等进行合理设计并应用.结果 学员和任课教员对授课安排和教学质量满意度较高.结论 为适应高技术条件下局部战争和非战争军事行动的卫勤保障要求,必须立足实践,探索有效的军事护理教育训练模式,不断提高我军护理人员战时卫勤保障能力并加快适应平时灾害护理需求.Objective To provide reference for military nursing curriculum,summarize the teaching experience of"Field Military and Disaster Rescue Nursing"in the education practice of nursing undergraduates.Methods According to the"nursing professional training program of Air Force Medical University",teaching objects,teaching conditions,ete,we rationally design and apply the teaching contents,teaching methods,assessment methods,teaching feedbacks,evaluation methods and student learning strategies of"Field Military and Disaster Rescue Nursing".Results Students and instructors are highly satisfied with the teaching schedule and quality of teaching.Conclusion In order to meet the medical support requirements of local wars and non-war military operations under high-tech conditions,we must base ourselves on practice,explore efective military nursing education and training modes,and continuously improve the wartime medical support capabilities of our military nursing staff and accelerate the adaptaion to normal disaster care demand.
