摘　　要：目的:分析显微外科缝合术训练在培养带教专科医生中的价值。方法:选择2018年6月-2019年9月本院学员43例,随机分为两组。试验组接受显微外科缝合技术训练;对照组接受常规技术训练。比较两组训练效果。结果:试验组技术评分、能力评分及知识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对培训的满意度优于对照组,投诉率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:显微外科缝合技术训练在培养带教专科医生中发挥着重要作用,有助于提高学员的专科能力。Objective:To analyze the value of microsurgical suture training in the training of teaching specialists.Methods:From June 2018 to September 2019,43 students in our universitywere enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was trained in microsurgical suture technique and the control group was trained in conventional technique.The training effects of the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of technique,ability and knowledge in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction to the training in experimental group was better than that of the control group,the complaint rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microsurgical suture technique training plays an important role in the training of teaching specialists,which is helpful to improve the students'specialized ability.
