基于中国省域视角下的科技创业人才教育模式论析

摘　　要：基于对我国30个省份的科技人才创业发展水平的量化分析,指出了我国人才教育培养模式以及不同省份科技创业人才发展模式还存在诸多不足,由于现有思想观念的束缚、现有教育制度的缺陷、现有教育模式的不足等原因,我国创业人才教育发展模式亟需变革。与此同时,由于新时代新的科学技术的广泛应用、现代经济的转型升级、教育体制的改革创新等,我国创业人才教育发展既有难得的机遇更有诸多挑战。当今世界正处于百年未有之大变局的新时代,我国对创业创新人才的需求尤为迫切,为尽快提升我国科技创业人才的教育质量与水平,我们要加紧优化科技创业人才教育模式、大力强化和提升科技创业人才的创新创业意识及综合素质、加快完善科技创业教育全套课程体系、积极搭建科技成果转化的商业平台,为我国的“大众创业、万众创新”战略提供基础性支撑与支持。On the basis of quantitative analysis of the scientific and technological talents entrepreneurial development level of 30 provinces in China,the article points out that the talent education training mode in China and entrepreneurial talent development model of science and technology of different provinces also have many shortages.Due to the constraints of existing ideas,the defects in the existing education and the weakness of the existing mode of education,entrepreneurial talent education development mode in our country urgently needs reform.At the same time,because of the extensive application of new science and technology in the new era,the transformation and upgrading of modern economy,and the reform and innovation of education system,the development of entrepreneurial talent education in China has both rare opportunities and many challenges.The world today is in a new era of great change unseen for one hundred,our country is particularly urgent for entrepreneurial and innovative talented person's demand,in order to improve education quality and level of science and technology entrepreneurial talent in our country as soon as possible,we should intensively optimize technology entrepreneurial talent education mode,vigorously strengthen and improve innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness and comprehensive quality of the sci-tech entrepreneurial talent,to improve a full set of course system of entrepreneurship education of science and technology,actively set up the business platform for the sci-tech achievements transformation,and to provide basic support for our country's strategy of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”.
