摘  要:思想政治教育在校长培训中的价值实现形态体现在社会价值、学校价值和个人价值三个层面。当前,校长培训中思想政治教育的价值实现受到校长价值认知、培训者水平、课程设计等多方面因素的制约。在遵循思想政治教育价值实现规律的基础上,中小学校长培训需要通过理论引领、突出实践-反思性、激发主体内驱力、构建“大思政”课程等方式形成联动协同效应,进而最大限度实现思想政治教育在校长培训中的价值。The value realization of Ideological and political education in principal training is reflected in three aspects:social value,school value and personal value.At present,the value realization of Ideological and political education in principal training is restricted by many factors,such as principal value cognition,trainer's competence,curriculum design and so on.On the basis of following the law of realizing the value of Ideological and political education,we need to realize the value of Ideological and political education in the training of principals to the maximum extent through the ways of internalizing the theory,highlighting the practice reflection,stimulating the internal driving force of the main body,and constructing the training course pattern combining ideological and political courses with ideological and political courses.
