摘 要:本科生学习投入是学生发展的重要推力,而学习投入的养成逻辑则是揭示学生发展机制的关键线索。研究通过对H区46位师生进行访谈和编码解析,发现本科生学习投入的养成逻辑为自我选择与环境塑养的二重变奏。大学生活世界意义的感知与体验、个体投入目标的设置与实施、自我适应的获得与调节以及自我效能的判断与归因解析了自我选择的内在机理,而学校中信息化技术环境的形塑、管理环境的导向、学校中重要他者的影响则构成了学校环境塑养图景。高校应以学习投入的养成逻辑为基点,通过优化教育环境激发学生个体积极学习投入,进而推进本科生的成长发展,提升本科质量建设。Undergraduate students Engagement is an important factor for students'development,while the logic of Students'Engagement is the key clue to reveal the mechanism of their development.Based on analyses of interview data from 46 teachers and students in H district,the study found that the formative logic of students'engagement is the interaction between students'self-selection and environmental shaping.The elements,which include the perception and experience of the meaning world of university life,the setting and implementation of engagement goals,the adjustment of self-adaptation and the judgment and attribution of self-efficacy,explain the internal mechanism of self-selection.While the other elements,such as impacts of the information technology environment,the orientation of the management environment and the influence of significant others on campus,constitute the profile of institutional environment.Therefore,on one hand,it is proposed that the logic of students'engagement should be taken as the foundation,on the other hand,colleges and universities should stimulate individual students'active engagement through optimizing the educational environment in order to improve the construction of undergraduate quality.
