摘　　要：本文阐释了大学通识教育的概念内涵及其拓展,并选取美国和中国的各5所大学为案例,对其通识教育课程体系和模式的异同、优势与不足进行了比较分析。综合上述分析,得出对我国大学通识教育发展的启示和建议。This article firstly interprets the connotation and development of university general education.It then compares the system,methodology and pros and cons of general education curriculum in 5 universities from China and US respectively.Based on the study,this article lastly provides inspiration and suggestion on the development of general education in Chinese universities.
