摘 要:农村市场食用菌安全风险防范的范围,涵盖了生鲜食用菌和食用菌干品销售,以及食用菌餐饮领域。当前所存在的安全风险的产生原因为:资本逐利性、监管缺位、经营主体意识、信息不对称等。法律机制应用策略包括,多途径开展关于食用菌安全风险防范的法律宣传、以典型案例剖析为手段开展食用菌经营主体培训、签订三方责任书明确食用菌经营主体的法律责任、以项目运行中具体条例规制食用菌经营主体行为。The scope of prevention of edible fungi safety risks in rural markets covers the sales of fresh edible fungi and dried edible fungi,as well as the edible fungi catering field.The current security risks are caused by:profit-driven nature of capital,lack of supervision,management subject awareness,and information asymmetry.Legal mechanism application strategies include multi-channel legal publicity on the prevention of edible fungi safety risks,training of edible fungi business entities by means of analysis of typical cases,signing of a tripartite responsibility letter to clarify the legal responsibilities of edible fungi business entities,and specific The regulations regulate the behavior of edible fungi business entities.
