摘 要:目的医学生临床实践操作教学更加强调个人主观能动性在提高学习效率时所起的作用。新的团队教学模式(TBL)更加强调"团队竞争性"和"个人创造",研究TBL模式是否适用于临床实践课程教学具有重要实践意义。方法2016级五年制临床医学专业学生分成两组进行"动物外科学"教学。A组采用传统方式,B组采用"竞争性"TB教学方式。比较两组间课程总分差异,并比较两组学生对教学老师和课程满意度的打分。结果与传统教学方法比较,"竞争性"TBL教学组部分平时考试成绩低于传统组,但期末考试成绩明显高于传统组,对课程和教员评价更高。结论TBL教学能强化学生对老师的认知度,提高学习兴趣,激发创造性,值得进一步推广。The teaching of clinical practice is different from the medical theory teaching in the learning process of medical students,and more emphasis should be placed on the role of personal initiative in improving learning efficiency.The new team teaching mode(TBL)emphasizes"team competition"and"individual creation".It is of great practical significance to study whether the TBL model is suitable for clinical practice teaching.Methods Students of Grade 2016 majored in five-year clinical medicine were divided into two groups to learn animal surgery.Group A adopted the traditional teaching assignment mode,while group B adopted the team-based teaching mode,emphasizing the competition between teams.The differences between the two groups in the total score of courses were compared,and the scores of the two groups of students on the satisfaction of teachers and courses were also recorded.Results Compared with traditional teaching methods,"competitive"TBL teaching group had lower test scores than the traditional group,but the final test scores were significantly higher than the traditional group,and the evaluation of courses and teachers was higher.Conclusion"Competitive"TBL teaching can strengthen the students’awareness of teachers,improve their interest in learning and stimulate their creativity,which is worthy of further promotion.
