阿莫西林联合奥硝唑治疗智齿冠周炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨阿莫西林与奥硝唑联合用药治疗智齿冠周炎的临床效果。方法选取菏泽医专附属医院收治的智齿冠周炎患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用奥硝唑治疗,观察组采用阿莫西林联合奥硝唑治疗,观察两组疗效。结果两组患者治疗后均有一定疗效,观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论阿莫西林与奥硝唑联合治疗智齿冠周炎可取得更好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of amoxicillin combined with ornidazole in the treatment of pericoronitis of the wisdom tooth.Methods 60 patients with wisdom tooth pericoronitis were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with or⁃nidazole and the observation group was treated with amoxicillin combined with ornidazole.The efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The two groups of patients had a certain effect after treatment,and the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05)Conclusion Combination of amoxicillin and ornida⁃zole in the treatment of wisdom teeth pericoronitis can achieve better therapeutic effect.
