摘 要:当前,创业教育已成为高校创新创业发展改革的必要手段,在大众创业、万众创新的大背景下,任何高校应用技能型人才的培养都离不开创业教育。成果导向教育更能关注学生个性化发展以及教学过程的持续改进,在高校创业教育中应用OBE理论实施育人教育,有利于提升创新创业人才培养的质量。目前,高校创业教育面临的困境主要包括难以满足个性化需求、课堂表现形式单一、教师缺乏行业背景、考核评价欠缺等方面,通过将OBE理论融入到高校创业教育模式中,以预设成果为目标设计课程、开展产学研融合式教学、优化教师队伍、完善评价体系等四个方面对创业类课程提出改进策略。At present,entrepreneurship education has become a necessary method of innovation and entrepreneurship development and reform in universities.Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the cultivation of applied,skilled talents in any universities cannot be separated from entrepreneurship education.Achievement-oriented education can pay more attention to the personalized development of students and the continuous improvement of the teaching process.The application of OBE theory in college entrepreneurship education is good to implement education which is also conducive to improving the quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training.The current difficulties faced by entrepreneurship education in universities mainly include the difficulties in meeting individualized needs,single form of classroom organization teachers,lack of industry background,lack of control over the process in assessment and evaluation.Through setting the results as the goal to design courses,developing teaching methods integrating production,teaching and research,optimizing the faculty,improving the evaluation system,this paper proposes improvement strategies for entrepreneurship courses.
