摘　　要：亚麻是重要的油料作物,亚麻籽不仅含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸、蛋白质等营养成分,还富含黄酮、木酚素等抗氧化物质。亚麻籽饼粕是亚麻籽制油后的副产品,可用作畜禽饲粮的蛋白质来源。然而,亚麻籽及其饼粕纤维含量较高,且含有生氰糖苷、亚麻素等抗营养因子,这在一定程度上限制了其在畜禽饲粮中的应用。本文根据国内外的最新研究进展,总结了亚麻籽及其饼粕的化学成分、营养价值及其在畜禽饲粮中的应用现状,以期为研究人员及生产技术人员提供参考。Flax is an important oilseed crop.Flaxseed not only contains high levels of unsaturated fatty acids and protein,but also rich in antioxidants such as lignans and flavonoids.Flaxseed meal is the by-product of flaxseed oil production which could be used as dietary protein source for livestock and poultry.However,the application of flaxseed and flaxseed meal in animal diets has been limited by their relatively high contents of fiber and anti-nutritional factors like cyanogenic glycoside and linatine.Based on reviewing the recent studies on experiments related to flaxseed and flaxseed meal at home and abroad,the chemical composition,nutritive values,and the application status in animal production of flaxseed and flaxseed meal were summarized in this paper,in order to provide some references for researchers and production technicians.
