“互联网+”背景下高职院校公共体育教学改革路径研究

摘　　要：公共体育是高职教育中的一门基础性课程,其对于学生身体素质的提升和意志品格的塑造具有非常重要的作用。而传统高职院校公共体育教学模式存在一定的滞后性,严重影响制约了高职院校公共体育教学的发展。在“互联网+”背景下,为高职院校公共体育教学改革提出了新的思路和方向,将互联网技术运用公共体育教学中,能够使得体育课堂变得更加的丰富多彩,调动学生对于体育学习的积极性,促进学生综合素质的发展。为此,本文主要对“互联网+”背景下高职院校公共体育教学改革路径进行了分析和探讨。Public physical education is a basic course in higher vocational education,which plays an important role in improving students'physical quality and shaping their will and character.However,the traditional teaching mode of public physical education in higher vocational colleges has a certain lag,which seriously restricts the development of public physical education in higher vocational colleges.Under the background of"Internet+",new ideas and directions have been put forward for the reform of public physical education in higher vocational colleges.The application of Internet technology in public physical education can make sports classes more colorful,mobilize students'enthusiasm for PE learning,and promote the development of students'comprehensive quality.Therefore,this article mainly analyzes and explores the path of public physical education reform in higher vocational colleges under the background of"Internet+".
