摘 要:网络教学督导是顺应远程开放教育网络教学发展的一种教学监控手段,是质量保证体系的重要环节。开放教育松散的网络教学环境与有效的质量监控构成了一对突出的矛盾。积极发挥上级主管部门的教学督导,可有效促进开放教育教学质量的提升。因此,抓开放教育的教学质量,要抓网络教学督导。坚持“以质为先,量质并举”的原则,通过采用教学督导措施,统筹管理课程,为学生提供个性化学习支持服务,加强教学点目标化分层管理,创建上下联动的督导机制,促使开放教育网络教学达到最佳效果。It is sure that online teaching supervision is a teaching monitoring system which conforms to the development of online teaching in distance and open education.It is an important link of quality assurance system.Clearly,the loose network teaching environment of open education and effective quality control constitute an outstanding contradictions.Therefore,actively playing the superior's teaching supervision can effectively promote the improvement of open education teaching quality.Also,enhancing teaching quality of open education is mainly to control the network teaching supervision.On the other hand,it is essential to adhere to the principle of"quality first,focusing on quantity and quality simultaneously".It is useful to achieve the purpose by using certain teaching supervision measures and overall management of the curriculum.Overall,it is necessary to provide students personalized learning support services,strengthen the targeted hierarchical management,create a linkage of supervision mechanism,and open education network teaching to achieve the best results.
