摘 要:随着我国国民经济的发展,食品工业获得迅猛发展,成为国民经济的重要支柱产业。与此同时,高等职业教育在近十年得到空前的发展,一举占据了高等教育“半壁江山”。然而,两者之间仍存在供需矛盾,通过调查分析近几年来高职院校食品类专业毕业生的就业现状,提出国家政府、高职院校、食品企业和高职食品类专业毕业生个人四个方面的有效对策,以期实现提高高职食品类专业毕业生就业质量,推动中国食品工业发展的双重目标。It is obvious that with the development of China's national economy,China's food industry has also developed rapidly and become an important pillar industry of China's national economy.Meanwhile,vocational education has achieved unprecedented development in the last decade,because it occupies half of the country's higher education.However,there is still a contradiction between talents supply and demand.Through investigation and analysis of the employment situation of food majors in vocational colleges,the paper tries to probes into and puts forward some effective countermeasures for central government,vocational colleges,food enterprises and the graduates.The purpose is to improve students'employment quality and achieve the goals to promote the development of China's food industry.
