摘 要:目的探讨在妇产科临床实习教学中采用双重结合的教学方法对医学生在临床实践上的培养。方法随机将2018—2019学年度第2学期在滨州医学院附属医院妇产科进行临床实习的76名医学生均分为2组,以其中一组为观察组,另一组为对照组。观察组应用临床路径(CP)结合小组合作学习(TBL)教学模式,对照组应用常规教学模式,实习结束后对2组医学生的教学效果进行评价与对比。结果观察组的医患沟通、知识拓展、学习乐趣、课程能力培养等方面的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病例分析及实际操作的平均实习考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CP结合TBL的教学模式在妇产科教学中有明显的使用效果,可显著提升实习学生的临床实践能力,同时临床实践成绩得以提高,学生能够发挥主观能动性,激发学习兴趣。Objective To explore the teaching method of dual combination in clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology for the training of medical students in clinical practice.Methods 76 medical students were randomly divided into observation group and control group during the second semester of the 2018-2019.Observation group were given clinical path(CP)combined with the group cooperative learning(TBL)teaching model,and control group were given conventional teaching model.After the practice,the teaching effects of two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The satisfaction of doctor-patient communication,knowledge development,learning pleasure and curriculum ability development in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The average performance of case analysis and practice in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CP combined with TBL teaching mode has obvious effect in gynecology and obstetrics teaching,which can significantly improve the clinical practice ability of internship students.At the same time,clinical practice results can be improved.Students can exert their subjective initiative,stimulate learning interests.
