教学医院CT检查技术的实习带教策略探讨

摘　　要：随着现代医学的飞速发展,医学影像学日益成为临床工作中不可或缺的重要一环,越来越多的医学实习生视影像科为其重要的实习站点。如何针对不同层次的实习生,安排合理的带教模式,以最大程度地达到教学大纲的要求,也越来越成为教学医院影像科面临的重要难题。本文就教学医院CT检查技术的实习带教进行了探索,认为应针对不同层次的实习生,在统一要求的基础上,根据具体情况设计相应的带教策略。With the rapid development of medical imaging,it has become an indispensable part of clinical work.Therefore,more and more medical interns regard the imaging department as an important internship site.It has become an important problem for the imaging department of the teaching hospital to arrange a reasonable teaching mode for interns of different levels to meet the syllabus’requirement.In this paper,the internship teaching of CT examination technology in teaching hospitals is explored.It is believed that interns should be targeted at different levels.On the basis of unified requirements,corresponding teaching strategies should be designed according to specific situations.
