摘  要:为准确计算热再生沥青混合料的空隙率等体积参数,优化热再生沥青混合料路用性能,文章分别采用计算法、真空法和沥青浸渍法测定沥青路面回收料RAP理论最大相对密度。对测定结果进行分析比较表明,浸渍法测试数据准确,变异性小,稳定性好。采用计算法、真空法、浸渍法和浸渍RAP计算法等4种方法测定热再生沥青混合料的理论最大相对密度,对比测定结果发现,浸渍法和浸渍RAP计算法行之有效;依托实际热再生工程,利用4种方法分别进行配合比设计,比较热再生混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性,试验结果验证和表明了浸渍法和浸渍RAP计算法测定的理论最大相对密度比其他方法更准确,其中浸渍RAP计算法得到的结果最优。In order to accurately calculate volume parameters of the hot recycled asphalt mixtures such as void ratio and optimize pavement performance of hot recycled asphalt mixtures,calculation method,vacuum method and asphalt immersion method are used in the testing maximum theoretical relative density of RAP.The analysis and comparison of the test results show that the data of asphalt immersion method has accurate data,low variability and good stability.Calculation method,vacuum method,asphalt immersion method and RAP immersed calculation method are used in the testing maximum theoretical relative density of hot recycled asphalt mixtures.Comparison of the test results show that asphalt immersion method and RAP immersed calculation method are effective.In the actual hot recycling engineering,4methods are used separately in the design of the mixture ratio,and the maximum theoretical relative density tested by immersion method and RAP immersed calculation method is more accurate than other methods by comparing the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability,among which the maximum theoretical relative density tested by RAP immersed calculation method is optimum.
