摘 要:目的了解西安某高校学生心肺复苏(CPR)知识知晓和技能掌握水平,为探索有效提高大学生心肺复苏能力的方法提供依据。方法自制问卷,针对西安交通大学1365名学生心肺复苏知识掌握情况及其获取途径进行调查。结果超过99%的大学生认为应该掌握CPR技能,其中92.30%的大学生愿意参加培训。大学生获得CPR知识的最主要途径是网络(占82.70%),其次为学校教学(占69.23%)。大学生最喜欢理论、示范、练习相结合(占74.36%)的培训方式。参与调查的大学生中有65.57%接受过CPR技能培训,其回答问题的准确率高于从未接受过培训的学生,半年内接受CPR技能培训的学生回答问题准确率高于半年前接受培训的学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。84.62%的被调查学生愿意为陌生人施行CPR急救。结论绝大多数被调查学生愿意通过参加培训,掌握CPR技能,从而有能力为他人施行必要的CPR急救。高校应重视对大学生进行CPR知识培训,并且采取多种途径进行定期的技能巩固训练,提高大学生应急处理能力。Objective To understand the knowledge and skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in a university in Xi'an,and provide a basis for exploring effective methods to improve the ability of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)of college students.Methods Self-made questionnaires were conducted to investigate the knowledge and acquisition methods of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in 1365 students of Xi'an Jiaotong University.Results More than 99%of college students believe that they should master CPR skills,and 92.30%of them were willing to participate in the training.The most important way for college students to acquire CPR knowledge was through the Internet(82.70%),followed by school teaching(69.23%).College students most like the training method that combines theory,demonstration and practice(74.36%).65.57%of the college students participating in the survey had received CPR skills training,and the accuracy of answering questions was higher than that of students who have never received training.The accuracy of answering questions for students who had received CPR skills training within half a year was higher than that of students who received training half a year ago,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).84.62%of the students surveyed were willing to perform CPR first aid for strangers.Conclusion Most of the students surveyed were willing to participate in training and master CPR skills,so that they were able to perform necessary CPR first aid for others.Colleges and universities should attach importance to the CPR knowledge training for college students,and adopt a variety of ways to conduct regular skills consolidation training to improve college students'emergency response capabilities.
