摘 要:研究以籽瓜皮瓤为主要原料,添加适当比例的干麦草和豆粕,研究其制作发酵饲料的工艺条件。试验采用单因素试验,根据响应面的基本原理,以发酵饲料中乳酸含量为优化指标,利用Design Expert软件对发酵条件(接种量、发酵温度和发酵时间)进行优化。结果表明:理论最佳发酵条件是接种量为3.15%,发酵温度为36.87℃,发酵时间为28.53 d。在此条件下测得发酵产物中的乳酸预测含量为19.69%,实际含量达到19.71%。验证试验结果说明,优化的最佳参数可行,该结果为实际生产籽瓜复合发酵饲料的工艺提供试验与理论支撑。Taking the pulp and skin of citrullus lanatus main raw material with appropriate proportion of dry wheat straw and soybean meal was added to analyze the technological conditions of fermentation feed.To optimize the fermentation conditions(inoculation amount,fermentation temperature and time)for lactic acid production of citrullus lanatus fermentation single Factor experiment were introduced to the current study.Furthermore,the fermentation conditions optimized by the Design Expert software according to the basic principle of the response surface method.Results revealed that theoretically,the optimal fermentation conditions were as follows:incoculum amount 3.15%,fermentation temperature36.87℃and fermented time 28.53 days;the maximum lactic acid production under the optimized conditions was 19.71%instead of 19.69%theoretically.The results showed that the optimal parameters were feasible,which provided experimental and theoretical support for the actual production of seed melon compound fermentation feed.
