摘 要:商务谈判课程集综合性、实践性和操作性为一体,把OBE教育理念引入商务谈判课程教学过程,以学生的学习效果为中心组织和实施教学。OBE教育理念实施过程可以概括为定义学习产出、实现学习产出和评估学习产出三个阶段,以此为导向明确商务谈判的教学目标与教学内容,运用多元化的教学方法和考核体系来实现和评估学习产出,这种教学模式可以有效激发学生的学习兴趣和参与度,提高学生的谈判与沟通能力、分析与表达能力和职业素养,让学生能学以致用。The course of Business Negotiation is characterized with comprehensiveness,practicality and operability.This paper introduced the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)educational concept into the course of Business Negotiation that can help realize student-centered teaching.The OBE concept can be summarized as three stages,namely,defining learning outcomes,achieving learning outcomes and assessing learning outcomes.In accordance with these three stages,teaching goals and teaching contents of Business Negotiation can be defined clearly,and diversified teaching methods and examination system can be applied to implement and evaluate the learning outcomes.This teaching model can effectively stimulate students’learning interest and participation enthusiasm,and improve the students’negotiation and communication skills,analytical and expressive abilities,and professional quality.
