摘 要:为提高微胶囊的包封率和载药量,克服药物流失量大和生物利用率低的缺点,该文选取黄原胶和海藻酸钠作为微胶囊的复合壁材,以BSA作为模型药物,通过响应面分析优化微胶囊制备的工艺路线。研究发现在复合壁材中海藻酸钠浓度为2%时,滴入pH=5.4,浓度为1%(W/V%)的氯化钙和0.1%(W/V%)的壳聚糖成囊液中,所形成的微胶囊其包封率和载药量分别可达到91.12%和20.75%。In order to improve the encapsulation efficiency and drug loading of microcapsules and overcome the disadvantages of high drug loss and low drug loading,xanthan gum and sodium alginate were selected as the composite wall materials of microcapsules,and BSA was used as the model drug,optimization of microcapsule preparation process by response surface analysis.It was found that when the concentration of sodium alginate in the composite wall material was 2%,it was dripped into calcium chloride(1%,W/V%)and Chitosan(0.1%,W/V%),the entrapment efficiency and drug loading of the microcapsules were 91.12%and 20.75%,respectively.
