摘 要:蜂蜜作为天然的营养物质和医家的良药,具有多种药理作用和生物学功能,在饮食、医药领域得到了广泛的应用。笔者从蜂蜜的化学成分、作为药用辅料在炮制和制剂中的应用及其质量控制方法等方面作一概述,以期为蜂蜜更深入的研究和蜂蜜的药用质量标准的全面提升提供基础和参考。As a natural nutrient and medicine,honey has many pharmacological and biological functions,which has been widely used in the field of diet and medicine.The chemical compositions,quality control methods of honey and its application in processing and preparation as the pharmaceutical excipient were overviewed in this study,so as to provide basis and reference for the further research of honey and the overall improvement of medical quality standard of honey.
