摘　　要：随着经济模式的不断改变,传统的组织结构与如今迅速更新换代的经济环境无法相匹配。因此,怎样才能对高新技术企业进行有效的组织创新,是现今高新技术企业需要处理的首要问题。本文依据组织创新理论,对吉林省高新技术企业组织创新现状及动因进行了分析,给出了新环境下组织创新的对策。With the continuous change of the economic model,the traditional organizational structure can not match the current rapidly updated economic environment.Therefore,how to carry out effective organizational innovation for high-tech enterprises is the primary problem that high-tech enterprises need to deal with.Based on the theory of organizational innovation,this paper analyzes the current situation and motivation of organizational innovation of high-tech enterprises in Jilin Province,and puts forward the countermeasures of organizational innovation in the new environment.
