基于泰尔指数的学前教育教师资源区域配置公平性实证研究

摘  要:采用泰尔指数,从有职称教师数量、专科及以上学历教师数量、专任教师数量三个指标对学前教育教师资源区域配置的公平性进行探讨。结果发现,有职称教师数量配置公平性减弱,专科及以上学历教师数量配置公平性增强,专任教师数量配置公平性增强,学前教育教师资源配置区域内部差异较大。建议加大区域内乡村教师职称评定倾斜力度,建立并完善幼儿园教师区域内部流动机制,从而提升学前教育教师资源区域配置的公平性。Using Theil Index,this study explores the regional allocation equity of preschool education teachers from the number of teachers with professionaltitles,the number of teachers with junior college degree or above,and the number of teachers.The results show that the fairness of the allocation of teachers with profesional titles decreased;the fairness of the allocation of teachers with junior college degree or above increased;fairmes of the allocation of teachers increased;and teacher allocation difference in the region is prominent.It is suggested that professional titles approving policy should be made more favorable for teachers in rural areas in the region,create and improve mechanism for teaches to move in the region,in order to improve the region allocation equity of preschool education teachers.
