摘  要:履带车辆负重轮载荷的分配是总体设计中的一项基础工作。目前,负重轮载荷的分配主要有静定和静不定方法。以某型高速履带车辆为例,采用静定方法对负重轮载荷的分配进行了设计,提出了两种负重轮载荷分配的方案,并计算了相应的悬挂静态刚度和平衡肘安装角。基于多体动力学软件RecurDyn建立了履带车辆的整车多体动力学模型,对两种负重轮载荷分配方案下车辆的平顺性进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,用静定方法按1、2、6轮一组,3、4、5轮一组的负重轮载荷分配方案车辆平顺性较好。Load-bearing wheel’s load distribution of tracked vehicle is a basic work in overall design.At present,there are mainly statically determinate and statically indeterminate methods of load-bearing wheel’s load distribution.Take a high-speed tracked vehicle for an example,load-bearing wheel’s load distribution was calculated based on statically determinate method,two plans of load-bearing wheel’s load distribution were proposed,then the corre⁃sponding static stiffness of suspension and installation angle of balanced elbow were calculated.A multi-body dynamic model of tracked vehicle was built with RecurDyn,and the vehicle ride comfort of two plans of load-bearing wheel’s load distribution was simulated and analyzed.The results show that using the statically determinate method,the vehi⁃cle ride comfort is better with the load distribution plan of wheels 1,2,6 as a group and wheels 3,4,5 as another group.
