摘 要:从20世纪初开始,写作研究者提出了一系列模型来解释写作发生的过程,帮助写作者提高写作水平。这些写作模型包括“认知模型”“过程模型”“语言学模型”“语篇模型”“新写作模型”“社会环境写作模型”以及“多模态写作模式”。基于这些写作模型和模式的写作方法推动了英语写作教学的发展,也把写作的定义从个人语言的输出能力延伸到了和社会、文化及写作环境密切相关的,可以利用多种技术手段实现的多模态文本输出形式。通过阐述基于不同写作模型的写作方法及其特点,探讨写作在人工智能(AI)时代ESP背景下所面临的机遇和挑战,旨在为从事大学英语写作教学的教师提供教学思路,以期在AI时代探索、开辟写作教学的新视域、新路径。Since the beginning of the 20th century,researchers have proposed a series of models to explain the process of writing.These important writing models include but are not limited to the“cognitive model”,the“process model”,the“linguistic model”,the“genre model”,the“new model”,the“social constructivism model”,and the“multimodal writing”.These model-based writing approaches have promoted teaching of English writing.It also extends the definition of writing from language output ability to multimodal text output that can be implemented by a variety of techniques that are closely related to social,cultural and writing environment.This article elaborates the model-based writing methods and their characteristics as well as the opportunities and challenges impacted by ESP in the era of artificial intelligence(AI).The purpose of this article is to provide strategies for teachers dedicated to teaching college English writing in order to explore and open up new horizon,new paths in teaching English writing in the era of AI.
