新建应用型本科高校内涵建设的策略与路径

摘　　要：新建应用型本科院校如何发挥职能,实现自身价值,对于地方建设与发展具有现实而长远的意义。当前不少新建应用型本科高校存在办学定位不清,学科建设方向不明,专业基础薄弱、实践体系不健全等诸多问题,探讨有利于应用型本科高校内涵建设与发展的思路与对策,不断增强应用型人才培养的时代性、针对性和有效性,对于提升新建本科高校的人才培养质量十分必要。新建应用型本科院校要深化产教融合,集聚社会资源,打造人才培养的生态环境;紧跟产业发展,调整和优化专业结构;构建专业集群,提升产业发展支撑度;创新人才培养模式,建立校企协同育人机制;打造专业团队,建立高水平师资队伍;积极拓展科研平台,提升服务产业能力;完善质量保障体系,加强教育教学评估;创新专业文化模式,提升学生人文素质等方面加强内涵建设,才能为服务地方区域发展提供合格的人才。Realizing their function and value of newly applied universities has realistic and long-term significance for local construction and economy development.At present,many newly applied universities have many problems such as unclear education orientation,vague discipline construction idea,weak professional foundation,and imperfect practical system.Exploring ideas and countermeasures that are conducive to the connotation construction and development for newly applied university,and continuously enhancing effectiveness of talent cultivation,all these are vital to improve the quality of talent cultivation in newly applied university.Newly applied university should deepen the integration of production and education,gather social resources,and create an ecological environment for talent cultivation;keep up with industrial development,adjust and optimize professional structure;build professional clusters,enhance the support of industrial development;innovate talent cultivation model,establish a school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism;build a professional team and high-level faculty;actively develop the research platform,enhance the service industry capabilities;improve the quality assurance system,strengthen education and teaching evaluation;innovate professional culture model and improve students’humanities quality,thus cultivating qualified personnel for the development of local areas.
