摘  要:医学生的职业素养培养主要通过医学人文社会科学教育实现。新版的医学教育标准将职业素养列为医学毕业生应达到基本要求的四个领域之一,并在临床医学本科专业办学标准中作出了具体规定。以新版的医学教育标准为依据,分析标准中医学人文社会科学课程的具体要求,反思医学院校人文社会科学课程设置存在的不足,进而提出了构建医学人文社会科学核心课程体系,加强医学人文社会科学与思想政治教育课程的耦合,强化医学人文社会科学课程融入医学专业教育,旨在提升医学生的职业素养。Cultivating medical students’vocational qualities mainly depends on medical humanities and social science education.The new standards of medical education have classified vocational qualities as an important basic requirement that medical graduates should meet and have made specific provisions in undergraduates’educational standards of the clinical medicine.Based on the new standards of medical education,the paper analyzes the specific requirements of medical humanities and social science courses and rethinks the shortage of these courses.To improve medical students’vocational qualities,the paper then proposes to construct the core curriculum of medical humanities and social science,integrate it into the courses of ideological and political education,and strengthen the integration of medical humanities and social science courses into medical professional education.
