摘 要:目的调查COVID-19疫情期间医学生对远程医学教育满意度、学习效果、优缺点和六项核心能力的评价,为进一步改善临床教学模式提供依据。方法随机选取西安交通大学临床和口腔医学专业175名2016级学生(大四),采用自制问卷对其进行调查并分析。结果52.57%医学生对远程医学教育表示“非常满意”或“满意”,评分为(3.55±0.95)分,满分5分。除医学知识外,学生对现场教学核心能力满意度的评分均高于远程教学,差异具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。80.57%学生更倾向于现场教学为主,远程教学为辅。结论远程教学所覆盖的理论知识与现场教学无差异,具有灵活性强,支持回放等方面的优势,但在临床实践方面难以达到现场教学的效果。应改进远程教学的薄弱环节,加强与现场教学的融合,提升教学质量和学习效果。Objective To improve the clinical teaching mode,we conducted an investigation including the satisfaction,learning effect,advantages and disadvantages of telemedicine education,and we also evaluated six core competencies of telemedicine education during the epidemic of COVID-19.Methods One hundred and seventy-five senior students majoring in clinical and oral medicine in Xi’an Jiaotong University were included in this study.Homemade questionnaire was utilized to investigate and analyze.Results More than half of the students(52.57%)were“very satisfied”or“satisfied”with telemedicine education.The scores were 3.55±0.95 points(full scores are 5 points).In general,senior students were more satisfied with face-to-face teaching than telemedicine across all of the core competencies assessed except for medical knowledge(all P<0.05).Four-fifths(80.57%)students would like to accept face-to-face teaching and supplemented by telemedicine.Conclusion There is no difference between the theoretical knowledge covered by telemedicine and face-to-face teaching.Telemedicine has the advantages of strong flexibility and supporting playback,but it is difficult to achieve the effect of face-to-face teaching in clinical practice.We should improve the weak links of telemedicine,strengthen the integration with face-to-face teaching,so as to improve the teaching quality and learning effect.
