摘  要:随着我国高校医学专业留学生规模的迅速发展,如何保障留学教育质量是每个教学医院的医学教师都要面临的问题。由于医学影像学涉及的检查方法多样、知识覆盖广泛、与各专业学科均有交叉,所以影像科教师尤其需要为留学生开发有效的实习课程。在放射科繁忙的临床工作中,要开发有效的实习课程,首先需要了解医学教师角色的多样性以及留学生的学习模式,并知道如何运用课程开发的方法,以留学生的学习目标为基础,进行适当的临床影像教学,并有课后的总结及反馈,如此将能达到有效的实习教学。With the rapid expanding scale of international students in medical universities in China,how to guarantee the quality of education for international students is a problem that medical teachers in every teaching hospital have to face.As medical imaging involves a variety of examination methods,a wide range of knowledge,and intersection with all specialized disciplines,medical imaging teachers in particular need to develop effective practical courses for international students.Under heavy clinical work of radiology department,to develop effective practice course,the first need to understand the diversity of roles of medical teachers and the learning mode of the international students,and know how to use the curriculum development method,then based on the students learning goals to teach proper clinical image,and furthermore,a summary and feedback after class,so will be able to achieve effective practice teaching.
