摘 要:建立继续教育学分积累与转换制度、实现不同类型学习成果的互认和衔接、搭建终身学习"立交桥"的关键是学习成果认证。作为一种创新的教育模式,MOOC的不断发展为学习者提供了灵活的学习方式,同时也为学习成果认证提出了新的挑战。国际知名MOOC学习平台COURSERA的学习成果认证方式基本涵盖了学历认证和非学历认证,通过对其提供的课程证书、专项证书、学位和专业证书四种学习成果认证方式进行梳理与分析,希望吸取其成功的经验,以期将其运行机制与程序和我国的具体实践相结合,为我国开放大学学习成果认证制度建设提供参考。The key to establishing a system of accumulating and transforming credits, achieving mutual recognition and conversion of different types of learning achievements, and building an "overpass" for lifelong learning is the learning achievement certification. As an innovative education mode, the continuous development of MOOC provides learners with a flexible learning method, and also presents new challenges for learning achievement certification. The learning achievement certification method of MOOC learning platform COURSERA basically covers academic qualifications and non-degree qualifications. This study analyzes the four certification methods of Course Certificate, Specialization Certificate, Degree and Professional Certificate, hoping to learn from its successful experience and combine its operational mechanisms and procedures with our specific practices, in order to provide references for the construction of learning achievement certification system of the Open University in China.
