摘　　要：近年来,我国高等教育步入大众化,但是大众化教育已不能满足不同层次人才的需求。因此,探寻一条既满足学生继续深造的愿望,又满足学生就业需求的道路势在必行。本文基于分析学生考研面临问题的基础上,结合师范院校培养方式的优势,提出相应的对策,以期帮助学生提高考研成功率,培养更多高层次人才。In recent years, China’s higher education has stepped into popularization, however;popularized education can not meet the needs of different levels of talents. Therefore;it is imperative to explore a way to meet both the students’ desire for further study and their employment needs. Based on the analysis of the problems faced by the students in the postgraduate entrance examination, combined with the advantages of the training mode of the normal university, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to help students improve the success rate of postgraduate entrance examination and cultivate more high-level talents.
