成人半脱产教育“三优化与三段式”教学模式研究

摘　　要：在我国的继续教育中,成人半脱产教育是其中的重要组成部分。随着知识时代的到来,人们对知识的渴求与日俱增,在这种大环境中成人教育队伍开始发展和壮大。在成人半脱产教育中,教育质量作为成人半脱产教育生命线的重要性日益突出,要提高成人半脱产教育质量,科学合理的教学模式与教学方法是必不可少的。“三优化与三段式”教学模式在成人半脱产教育中的验证,已经得到诸多实践证明,为成人半脱产教育教学质量提供了深厚保障,有利于提升学员和用人单位的满意度。Adult semi-block release education is regarded as the important part in terms of the continuing education in China.As the knowledge age comes,the needs of acquiring further knowledge of people has been increasing day by day so that adult education has been improved in such certain environment.In adult semi-block release education,the importance of education quality as the lifeline of adult semi-block release education,becomes increasingly prominent.Therefore,to improve the quality of adult semi-block release education,scientific and reasonable teaching mode and teaching method are greatly essential.The application of“Three-Optimization and Three-Phase”teaching mode in adult semi-block release education has been proved in different studies,which provides a deep guarantee for the teaching quality of adult semi-block release education and could improve the satisfaction of the trainees and the employers.
