摘  要:鉴于绿色建筑造价高于传统建筑,且易出现投资失控等问题,在综合考虑绿色建筑类型、星级、增量成本等12个特征指标的基础上,充分结合遗传算法(GA)与极限学习机(ELM)的各自优点,构建基于GA-ELM的绿色建筑投资估算模型。运用MATLAB软件进行仿真实验,对绿色建筑的投资估算进行预测研究,并将其与ELM、BP神经网络预测结果进行对比。In view of the fact that the cost of green buildings is higher than the cost of traditional buildings,and it is prone to runaway investment,etc.Based on comprehensive consideration of 12 characteristic indicators such as green building type,green building star rating,and green building incremental cost,fully combining the respective advantages of genetic algorithm(GA)and extreme learning machine(ELM),the paper constructs a green building investment estimation model based on GA-ELM.Using MATLAB software to carry out simulation experiments,predicts investment of green building,and compares with ELM and BP neural network.
