摘 要:当下产教融合的关键挑战是如何在教学实践层面消除产业界主导的行动体系与教育界主导的学科体系之间的藩篱。首先,本文诠释了德国能力导向的技术教学论的相关思想,即技术教学对能力的促进取决于行动体系和学科体系双方面的建构。为了实现行动能力与专业知识的协同开发,需要整合双重校企学习场所、学习系统和认知方法路径。其次,聚焦产教融合实训基地建构这一现实重点和难点问题,分析其中蕴含的两个体系的分离问题。最后,介绍了本科层次职业教育试点学校依托技术教学论建构实训基地的案例。The Industry-Education Integration is facing some main challenges on how to remove the barriers between the action system led by industrial enterprises and the subject system led by education arena in terms of teaching practice.This paper first introduces the thoughts of the German competence-oriented technical didactics,which believe that both factors,the construction of the action system and the subject system contribute to promoting competences in the context of Technical Didactics.To make action-taking competence and professional knowledge develop collaboratively,it is necessary to integrate learning places,learning systems and cognitive approaches between universities and enterprises.And then the paper focuses on the construction of the training base for the industry-education integration,which is a perplexing but key problem.And the reason for the separation of the two systems is analyzed in the paper.Finally,a case on how to construct a training base in an undergraduate vocational pilot school according to the technical didactics is introduced.
