摘  要:住院医师规范化培训是医学毕业生走出校门迈向临床实践的必经之路,在医学教育中起到承上启下的作用。耳鼻咽喉科是专业性和实践性很强的学科,进行有效的住院医师规范化培训面临不小的挑战。SPOC是在MOOC的基础上衍生而来,针对小规模限定人群的混合式学习模式,能充分利用线上线下资源,调动学生积极性。通过参考其他学科SPOC教学模式及耳鼻咽喉科以往的住培经验,文章探讨SPOC模式在耳鼻咽喉住培实践中的作用及推广价值,以期为培养具有临床胜任力的耳鼻咽喉科住院医师提供借鉴。The standardized training of resident is the only way for medical graduates to go out of school and step into clinical practice,which plays a connecting role in medical education.Otorhinolaryngology is a professional and practical subject and it is a great challenge to carry out effective standardized training for residents.SPOC is derived from MOOC.It is a hybrid learning mode for small-scale limited population,which can make full use of online and offline resources and mobilize the enthusiasm of students.By referring to the teaching mode of SPOC in other subjects and the previous training experience in Otolaryngology,this paper discusses the role and promotion value of SPOC teaching mode in the practice of otolaryngology training,in order to provide reference for the training of otolaryngology residents with clinical competence.
