摘 要:目的分析基于病例的PBL教学在重症医学科指南培训中的作用。方法选取2018年10月—2019年5月在医院重症医学科轮转的郑州大学本科实习生,以轮转批次为单位,随机分为PBL教学组和传统教学组,选择脓毒症休克病例,以《中国脓毒症/脓毒性休克急诊治疗指南(2018)》为培训目标,PBL教学组由带教老师结合实际病例向实习生提出诊疗问题,然后以指南为中心主动查阅相关资料,然后再向老师提出自己的诊疗措施,传统教学组则是入科时分发纸质版指南,让其阅读学习;比较两组学习效果及对教学方法的满意度差异。结果PBL教学组平均成绩(89.17±5.63)分,传统教学组平均成绩(83.13±5.24)分,PBL教学组成绩更高(P=0.000);PBL教学组非常满意率(90.48%),传统教学组非常满意率(65.00%),两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。结论与传统教学方法相比较,基于病例的PBL教学在重症医学科指南培训中有着更好的作用.Objective To analyze the role of casebased PBL teaching in the guidance training of critical medicine.Methods From October 2018 to May 2019,the undergraduate interns of Zhengzhou University were randomly divided into PBL teaching group and traditional teaching group according to the rotation batch.The septic shock cases were selected and the training objective was“China’s septic/septic shock emergency treatment index South(2018)”,and the PBL teaching group was transferred to the interns from the teachers combined with the actual cases Put forward the diagnosis and treatment problems,and then take the guide as the center to actively consult the relevant materials,and then put forward their own diagnosis and treatment measures to the teachers.The traditional teaching group is to distribute the paper guide when entering the Department,so that they can read and study;compare the learning effect and satisfaction of the two groups with the teaching methods.Results The average score of PBL teaching group was(89.17±5.63),the average score of traditional teaching group was(83.13±5.24),the score of PBL teaching group was higher(P=0.000),the very satisfied rate of PBL teaching group was 90.48%,the very satisfied rate of traditional teaching group was 65.00%,the difference was significant(P=0.009).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods,case-based PBL teaching plays a better role in the guidance training of critical medicine department。
