摘  要:医院作为儿科住院医师规范化培训教学基地,多年来始终致力于为各级医疗机构培养高素质的儿科临床医师。其中,医患沟通作为医生胜任工作的必备技能,一直作为医院住院医师规范化培训的教学重点之一。为了更好地做好医患沟通教学工作,作者做了专题研究并总结日常带教工作经验,撰写了此教学论文。文章旨在LBL(lecture based learning,传统教学)的基础上,结合PBL(problem based learning,以问题为基础的教学),CBL(case based learning,以案例为基础的教学),角色扮演法等多种教学方法,探讨住院医师规范化培训中医患沟通教学的新方法。通过“课堂讲学”传授沟通理论,以问题及案例为导向的儿科医患沟通教学案例库分析,以及角色扮演模拟临床实践等一系列从理论到实践的教学活动,让学生认识医患沟通的重要性,并提高医患沟通能力。As the standardized training base for pediatrician residents,we focus on training highly qualified pediatrician.Doctor-patient communication is one of the essential skills for doctor which is the key teaching points in the standardized training for residents.We will try to combine various teaching methods such as LBL,PBL,CBL,RPT and so on to teach students how to do the doctor-patient communication.We will use different ways like“classroom teaching”,case analysis and roll play to improve students’communication ability both in theory and practice.
