摘　　要：立德树人是我国高校的根本任务,更是研究生导师的初心与使命。提高研究生导师在研究生培养过程中的领导力对深化我国高校研究生教育改革、全面提高研究生培养质量具有极其重要的理论价值和时代价值。新时代,研究生导师要紧紧围绕立德树人根本任务不断提升领导力,通过筑牢坚定的理想信念提高思想引领力、涵养高尚的道德情操提高人格感召力、积淀扎实的专业学识提高业务指导力、培育博大的仁爱之心提高情感凝聚力,以培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人。Fostering character and civic virtue is a fundamental task for colleges and universities in China and it is also the original intention and mission for graduate supervisors.Improving the leadership of graduate supervisors in the process of graduate cultivation,has extremely important theoretical and epoch values for deepening the reform of graduate education and improving the quality of graduate cultivation in an all-round way.In the new era,graduate supervisors should closely focus on the fundamental mission of fostering character and civic virtue and should vigorously improve leadership through the following methods:improving ideological leadership by building firm ideals and beliefs,enhancing personality charisma by cultivating noble moral sentiments,improving business guidance by accumulating solid professional knowledge,and enhancing emotional cohesion by cultivating broad benevolence to cultivate qualified socialist builders and successors.
