摘  要:通过对江苏省5所高职院校的250名教师进行的调查与访谈发现,高职院校教师在教学与科研理念上是正向关系,而实际工作中呈现负向关系;大部分教师把教学放在优先安排的位置,但工作重点又出现向科研倾向的趋势;学科性质和学校、院系政策是影响二者关系的突出因素。因此,要加强国家政策引导,调整学校、院系政策,打通教学与科研的通道;建立教学与科研的"等价"评价机制,真正实现教研相长;打破教学与科研的分离状态,把科研融入到教学中,形成教学科研一体化。This paper investigates and interviews 250 teachers in five higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province. It is found that teachers in higher vocational colleges have a positive relationship in teaching and scientific research concepts, but a negative relationship in their actual work. Most teachers put teaching in a priority position, but the focus of their work tends to be scientific research. The nature of disciplines and the policies of colleges and departments affect the relationship between the. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the guidance of national policies, adjust the policies of colleges and departments, open up the channels of teaching and scientific research, establish the "equivalent" evaluation mechanism of teaching and scientific research, truly realize the mutual benefit of teaching and research, break the separation state of teaching and scientific research, integrate scientific research into teaching, and form the integration of teaching and scientific research.
