提升基层党组织书记教育培训实效性的探析

摘　　要：近年来,党中央高度重视基层党组织书记教育培训工作,基层党组织书记教育培训具有重要意义,基层党组织书记教育培训不再仅仅依靠各级党校、行政学院和干部学院,高校成为基层党组织书记教育培训的重要参与者。广西近几年关于基层党组织书记教育培训的力度也愈来愈大,更多的基层党组织书记教育培训项目放到高校干部教育培训基地,广西高校干部教育培训基地迎来了新的发展机遇和挑战,在此背景下,如何提升基层党组织书记教育培训班的实效性已成为高校干部教育培训工作的重中之重。通过案例分析法和比较分析法以广西大学近年来开展的基层党组织书记教育培训工作为例,对基层党组织书记教育培训面临的现状以及如何提升基层党组织书记教育培训实效性进行了初步探讨,并提出具体的解决方案,目的是提升广西基层党组织书记教育培训的实效性,帮助我党建设高素质基层党组织带头人队伍,切实增强基层党组织书记的政治意识和组织观念,提高服务群众能力和履职本领,助力乡村振兴伟大事业。In recent years,the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the education and training of the secretaries of grass-roots Party organizations,the education and training of the secretaries of grass-roots Party organizations no longer rely only on the party schools,administrative colleges and cadre colleges,and colleges and universities have become an important participant in the education and training of the secretaries of grass-roots Party organizations.In recent years,more and more efforts have been made in Guangxi to educate and train the secretaries of grass-roots Party organizations.More training programs for the secretaries of grass-roots Party organizations have been put into the education and training bases for university cadres.Under this background,how to improve the actual effect of the training class of the Party secretary organized by the grass-roots Party organizations has become the most important work of the cadre education and training in colleges and universities.In this paper,the case analysis method and the comparative analysis method are used to analyze the current situation of the education and training and how to improve the effectiveness of the education and training of the secretaries of grass-roots Party organizations.Specific solutions are put forward with the aim of improving the effectiveness of the education and training of the secretaries of grass-roots Party organizations in Guangxi,so that we will help our party build a contingent of high-quality leaders of grass-roots Party organizations,strengthen the political consciousness and organizational concepts of the secretaries of grass-roots Party organizations,improve their ability to serve the masses and fulfill their duties,and help the great cause of rural rejuvenation.
