摘  要:飞机舵面加载系统是飞机地面模拟试验的重要试验设备之一,其模仿飞控系统的空中受力情况,为飞机地面模拟试验提供仿真的力学试验环境,舵面加载系统为飞控系统提供实时、动态加载,来验证飞控系统的性能,动态考核飞控系统的控制、响应和输出能力。通过对飞控系统试验需求的分析,研究了加载系统的设计流程和设计过程中需要解决的关键技术问题,分析并提出了如何解决动态响应、多余力、加载误差等关键问题的方法,本设计方法在实际试验工作中得到了检验并获得良好的应用效果。The air force loading simulation is one of the key testing methods in flight control system lab testing.The loading system could provide simulated air force to flight control system in time,it is an important testing equipment.The loading system could test the function and performance of flight control system.Based on the flight control system testing project,this paper introduces the function,system design principle,and composition of the Loading system.This paper analysis the primary process of loading system designing,including structure design and control system control.The loading system performance could be improved by some key parameters controlled,which including dynamic performance,surplus torque,loading error.The loading system has a better application in flight control system lab testing.
