摘　　要：介绍社区在职人员技能转型升级案例,借鉴德国双元制成功经验开展校企合作、共同协商"二元制"职业教育试验,借福建省汽车公共实训基地建设的成果,以社区企业为依托,达到提升社区在职人员技能等级的目的,这种联手社区职业教育的有益尝试对于高职教育发展和区域性经济建设将起到积极的推进作用。Community transformation and upgrading of on-the-job personnel skills case is Introduced,use German dual system successful experience in university-enterprise cooperation,mutual consultation"dual system"vocational education experiment,borrow the car public results of practice training base construction in fujian province,based on the community enterprises,achieve the purpose of on-the-job personnel skill level ascending community,the community together the beneficial trial of vocational education to the development of higher vocational education and regional economic development will play a positive role in promoting.
