摘　　要：文章分析了新时代高职院校学生工作面临的现实困境,从以生为本和落实立德树人根本任务的视角,提出了在“大思政”理念下创新学生管理工作的新路径。This paper analyzes the practical difficulties that the students'management in higher vocational colleges is facing in the new era.From the perspective of student-oriented and the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education,this paper puts forward a new path to innovate students'management under the concept of"great ideological education".
