摘　　要：“双高”建设下,工匠精神培育工作的滞后性成为学生个人职业发展、高职院校教学质量提升乃至国家产业升级的制约因素。文章通过研究现有文献和分析现状,探讨工匠精神的时代内涵,分析做好工匠精神培育的必要性,进而提出抓好思想政治教育、融入学生专业课程和实训以及利用校企合作的培育途径,以期为高职院校“双高计划”创建活动以及学生个人成长进步提供有益借鉴。Under the construction of"Double-High Construction",the backwardness of cultivation on craftsmanship has become a restricting factor to the development of students'personal career,the improvement of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges and even the upgrading of industries in China.The necessity of cultivation of craftsmanship is analyzed through studying the existing documents and situations,discussing the zeitgeist of craftsmanship spirit so as to raise the ways in emphasizing ideology and politics education,integrating students'specialized courses,and practicing and making full use of school-enterprise cooperation.It provides useful reference for establishing activities of"Double-High Plan"and enhancing the personal growth and progress of students in higher vocational colleges.
