摘 要:为研究相继增压系统对柴油机动力性及经济性能的影响,并确定改造后相继增压柴油机1TC与2TC最佳切换点的范围.以某船用增压柴油机为研究对象,运用GT-Power软件建立仿真模型并改造为相继增压系统,对其进行仿真研究.通过仿真计算,分析采用相继增压系统后对柴油机的动力性和经济性的影响.仿真计算数据表明,采用相继增压系统后与原机相比,在低工况下,柴油机的动力性和经济性都有明显的改善.其最高燃烧压力较原机提高了21.3%,燃油消耗率较原机降低了3.8%.将48%负荷作为改造后相继增压柴油机1TC与2TC最佳切换点的范围.In order to study the influence of successive supercharging system on the power and economic performance of diesel engines,the range of optimal switching points of 1TC and 2TC after the modification was determined.Taking a Marine supercharged diesel engine as the research object,the simulation model was established by using GT-Power software to transform it into a successive supercharging system,and the simulation research was carried out.Through simulation calculation,the influence of successive booster system on the power performance and economy of diesel engine is analyzed.The simulation results show that the performance and economy of the diesel engine are improved obviously under low working conditions.The maximum combustion pressure is 21.3%higher than the original machine,and the fuel consumption rate is 3.8%lower than the original machine.About 48%of the load is taken as the range of the optimal switching point of 1TC and 2TC after the modification of successively supercharged diesel engines.
