摘 要:作为儒家五常之一的“义”向来是中国人所看重的思想观念,在人们的自我修养与日常生活交往中扮演着重要角色。当前对“义”的研究多从思想史、哲学史的角度展开,未见有从传播学视角对其开展的分析和研究。文章在探析“义”的字源的基础上,结合传播的仪式观以及自我传播和人际传播的相关理论,分别从“义”的合宜性、正当性、正义性三个层次对儒家元典理论中“义”的思想观念进行梳理。在现代民主社会,追求正义仍是驱动社会走向稳定和进步的重要精神力量,这些自孔子时代就在讨论的议题在今天依然具有很强的现实意义。As one of the Five Constant Virtues in Confucianism,"righteousness" has always been an ideological concept that Chinese people value,and played an important role in people’s self-cultivation and daily communication.At present,the study of "righteousness" is mostly carried out from the perspective of the intellectual history and history of philosophy.It has not been analyzed from the perspective of communication.Based on the analysis of the word source of "righteousness",this paper combines the ritual view of communication and the related theories of intrapersonal communication and interpersonal communication to sort out the thoughts and concepts of "righteousness" from the three levels of propriety,rightness and justice.In modern democratic society,the pursuit of justice is still an important spiritual driving force for social stability and progress.These issues,which have been discussed since the time of Confucius,still have strong practical significance today.
