摘 要:就业转衔是自闭症谱系障碍学生成功实现就业的关键阶段,探究影响自闭症谱系障碍学生就业转衔的个体因素及干预策略对其成功就业和社会生活具有重要意义。采用文献分析法对国外自闭症谱系障碍学生就业转衔相关文献进行梳理,归纳出自闭症谱系障碍学生主要在社会交往、行为、情绪及自我决策等方面存在显著问题进而影响其就业,并对相关干预策略进行分析与总结,旨在为我国自闭症谱系障碍学生就业转衔教育与服务的研究和实践提供参考。School-to-work transition(a.k.a.“employment transition”)is instrumental for students with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)to obtain employment.Personal barriers associated with ASD are oneofthe important restraining factors thathinder the realisation of employment.Therefore,it is significant to explore the main problems and solutions of personal barriers related to ASD in the process of employment transition.The present study analyzed existing literature from major databases overseas such as EBSCO and ERIC,and found that typical barriers that hinder students with ASD achieving employment include problems in social interaction,behavior,anxiety and self-determination.In addition,the study analyzed relevant novel and commonly used intervention strategies and summarizes their common features,aiming to provide guidance and enlightenment for the research and practice in the field of transition education and service for students with ASD in China.
